    We are looking for a dynamic and dedicated Assistant to support a busy Founder and CEO.

    This is a brand-new role in a growing business where you will work closely with the CEO, providing high level support in both a business and personal capacity.

    This is an amazing opportunity to join an exciting business that is making real waves in their industry, during an exciting period of growth.

    You will be predominantly based out of the stunning offices in Media City (moving to Manchester City Centre later in the year) and on occasion the CEO's home in Cheshire.

    This is a hybrid role in line with business needs.

    Duties will include but not limited to:

    Extensive diary and email management, successfully coordinating the workload and managing priorities of the CEOProviding diverse secretarial and administrative support to the CEO, direct reports and wider teamLiaising closely with key stakeholders and dealing with sensitive and confidential informationOrganising various meetings, taking minutes and actionsHandling email and telephone enquiries from various stakeholders, both internally and externallyArranging business and personal travel, including flights, transportation, and accommodationOverseeing household staff and liaising with contractors and external agencies, managing and following up on tasksProject management, overseeing upcoming office moveOrganising eventsProperty management, Principal has property in Spain, acting as a point of contactRunning personal errands (including dog sitting on occasion, occasionally overnight)Financial administration including; processing invoices, managing subcontractor invoices and reconciliationGeneral organisational dutiesPerson specification;Previous experience in a similar role, supporting at senior management level, with experience in business and private supportFluency in Spanish is highly desirable, with conversational skills at a minimumSomeone who is personable, adaptable and takes pride in their workA self-starter who is well-organised, able to manage your own diary, and have excellent interpersonal skillsExcellent communication skills, both verbal and writtenLoyal, discreet and able to deal with confidential informationA great team player and good at building new relationships and working across departmentsProven ability to work under pressure and to tight deadlines, with a willingness to be flexible with working hours when neededLily Shippen's business support team are experts in recruiting top secretarial, office administration and business support talent, including Personal Assistant's, Executive Assistants, Private PAs, and Office Managers, on a temporary, permanent, and fixed-term contract basis.
