    • Work with the team on their Day-to-day accountability and responsibility for all building related H&S, fire safety, security, business continuity, and sustainability requirements in the Regional Centre
    • Work with H&S Manager to monitor & ensure unresolved building related risks are escalated appropriately.
    • Provide advice, guidance, and support to team members on specific issues arising from customer insight.
    • Deputise for the Estates Regional Centre Building Management team.
    • Support the Estates team with visibility to provide an effect workplace operations estates team in the regional centre
