About the Manager - Property Development Finance


As the Manager - Property Development Finance you will have an exciting opportunity to develop both your technical and client servicing skills in a close knit deal team alongside a Business Development Manager and Surveyor as part of the wider team.


As a Manager - Property Development Finance your responsibilities and duties will include:

  • Working with the BDM to ensure achievement of overall growth and income targets and adherence to standards in respect of risk.
  • Underwriting of the Development Finance credit papers and managing the lend through to initial drawdown.
  • Work closely with the BDM on new cases to ensure they proceed through due diligence as quickly and smoothly as possible.
  • To ensure financial statements are received for all property corporate customers
  • To instruct valuer's and solicitor's letters
  • Maintain a close working relationship with clients, professionals and the team.
  • Active involvement in the loan drawdown and account/ file maintenance process,
