Description

An excellent opportunity has arisen for 2 full time band 6 Sister/Charge Nurse posts on the SACT Services.

The SACT unit currently sees an average of 160 patients every day.

We work in 6 disease specific teams, rotating on a 6 monthly basis, building up skills and knowledge in each of the disease group areas.

The Band 6 Sister/Charge Nurses will be required to provide support to the Senior Sister, working collaboratively with the Senior Sister and other colleagues on the unit.

To take responsibility for the management of the unit including patient care and skill mix, and the development and support of the nursing staff on the ward in the absence of the Senior Sister.
