Interim HR Advisor - Leicester - Up to £30,000

HR Advisor Responsibilities:
- Monitoring, checking and filing essential new employee documentation including rights to work
- Involvement in employee meetings including interviews, disciplinaries and grievances for notetaking
- Assisting with preparation of simple investigation reports and advice to managers conducting meetings
- Maintaining HR system for new and current employee processing, electronic filing and reporting
- Working in collaboration with Payroll Team to ensure employees pay is accurate
- Completing adhoc HR projects including data analysis and file audits, responding to legislation changes
Required Skills & Experience:
- Relevant HR Experience is essential
- CIPD Level 5 or working towards
- Own transport
- Ability to work independently and on own initiative
- Flexible attitude and availability when required
