Insight Executive Group are working in partnership with a leading global Facilities Management company who are looking to recruit a Quality Health and Safety Manager (QHSE) to cover one of their major healthcare contracts across the South East.

The position is a permanent full-time role with a starting salary of up to £50k.

You will be required to provide regulatory guidance and functional leadership, helping to achieve improvements in HS&E performance, ensuring processes are established and in place to regularly monitor progress and leading on the coordination of action plansdesigned to manage our HS&E risk.

This will include designing and implementing safety management systems.

The successful QHSE Manager will be responsible for:

Maintain food safety standards by audit and investigate food related complaints
EHO reports that leading to enforcement
Maintenance of management system to ISO 9001:2008; ISO 45001; ISO 1400
Maintain food safety standards by audit and investigate food related complaints
Accidents in the work place leading to RIDDOR full investigations required
H&SAW regulations
Identifying key risks and resolutions
H&SAW Regulations and procedures

The successful QHSE Manager will be able to demonstrate:

Experience in Soft FM
Certification to Level 6 Health and Safety Qualification (or to be met within agreed timescales)
Level 4 food Safety
Diploma in Food Safety and Food legislation
