Responsibilities:

Business Planning: Developing and implementing strategic business planning across the whole charity-

Team Leadership: Lead and mentor the team, fostering an inclusive and high-performance work culture-
Experience: of developing and implementing corporate strategies and strategic business planning -
Leadership: Experience in a leadership role, building and developing teams-

Project Management: Strong project and programme management delivery methodologies and principles-
Communication: Comfortable presenting and communicating with various senior stakeholdersBenefits:
