Culture in Common Programme Administrator
We are looking for an organised self-starter to direct our programme administration and coordinate projects for Culture in Common.
The Programme Administrator will work with the Programme Director, communities and partners to support the Culture in Common artistic vision.
They will work closely with community champions, consortium members, artists, voluntary groups and other stakeholders to fulfil the aims and objectives of Arts Council England's Creative People and Places programme for the New Forest.
Main Duties & Responsibilities:
- Design and manage the administrative processes, systems and tools for Culture in Common.
- Respond to enquiries and ideas from individuals, groups and organisations keen to be involved.
- Work with the Programme Director and community champions to coordinate community consultations and events.
- Develop a comprehensive contact database and manage/update it throughout the programme.
- Organise and administrate Core Consortium, Community Anchor and other meetings.
- Help create engaging reports and presentations for a wide range of audiences from boards to community participants.
- Assist with community engagement, consultation and research.
- Coordinate the collection and recording of data, feedback and stories from Culture in Common projects and activities.
- Carry out operational tasks such as budget monitoring, issuing contracts, creating and distributing promotional materials, sourcing suppliers

You will be an organised self-starter with excellent data management, time management and communication skills.
You will be able to prioritise your work, show initiative in problem-solving and have a good eye for detail.
You will enjoy planning and bringing information as well as people together.
You will enjoy working collaboratively with the team and making connections with people in the community, displaying empathy where required, especially with vulnerable groups.

Salary: £25,116 - £28,392 per annum | 35 hours per week

Contract: Fixed term until April 2025, with a likely 12 month extension

Location: Hybrid
- New Forest, Winchester and home/remote
Holiday: 25 days of paid holiday per year plus Bank and public holidays. After 1 full holiday year of service you will be entitled to 1 extra day of leave per year, up to a maximum of 3 extra days
