- Ensure that all communal areas are cleaned to a satisfactory level, including landings, staircases, passages, laundries, bin rooms, community rooms, tenant's stores, garages, parking and amenity areas.
- Act as the Council's front line visible contact providing, assistance and advice to residents and visitors on site.
- Report any site management issues to the Site Coordinator including any cases of nuisance, Graffiti & Vandalism, repairs needed, health and safety, abandoned vehicles and illegally parked vehicles.
- Ensure that waste management issues on sites are addressed including putting out and changing of bins, moving bulky waste to designated collection points.
- Discusses the caretaking needs for the area and puts forward suggestions for improvement with their Supervisor or Site Coordinator.

We are Recruiting a caretaker for our clients site based in Redcliffe. The Client is a local Authority that managed various buildings across Bristol.Days of Work:
Monday to Friday
Hours of Work:
Monday-Thursday 7:30-16:00, Friday 7:30-15:30

£11.98

Under the direction of the Site Coordinator, Team Leader, or Manager, to undertake cleaning individually or as part of a team to ensure that communal areas are clean, tidy and safe.
To assist colleagues in reporting issues around sites such as Graffiti & Vandalism and repairs and to deal with waste management including changing and putting bins out and moving bulky waste to collection points on sites.
6 months minimum cleaning or caretaker experience
Fluent Written and spoken English
Ability to get to site for the start time
