Are you a Project Director interested in taking the lead from the pre-construction stage of one of Manchester's largest mixed use developments?

Due to the successful award of a major build project that will include the construction of a high specification commercial office space, student accommodation, educational facilities & public realm works, there is an exciting opportunity to join a leading principal contractor in Manchester.

Reporting to an Operations Director, you will be responsible from taking the project from the design stage through to operational delivery on site, managing the client and external consultants and overseeing full operations through the management of a full site project team.

Experience / Qualifications Required:
Proven Project Lead / Director capability within a large / Tier 1 contractor environment. Ideally with experienced of managing high rise residential, multiple occupancy builds, student accommodation, hotels, PRS & commercial builds.
Academically Qualified either BEng Civil Engineering / BSc Construction Management and relevant industry tickets and certificates.
Excellent planning & time management skills with the ability to think ahead & manage risk.
