Due to internal promotion, we are looking for a Sales Manager who is passionate about leading and coaching sales teams to deliver results and grow primarily an internal sales team of between 7 and 10 sales professionals.

You will enjoy fantastic support from the business and work with an established team of successful sales professionals.

The Role

  • Ownership of the performance and drivers for the inside sales function.
  • Providing coaching, mentoring and support to your managers and teams.
  • Being a handson proactive leader who leads by example displaying an indepth knowledge of the sales process who can identify and nurture talent.
  • Plan and deliver upon pipeline growth and accurate forecasting across a multilevel product portfolio.
  • Driving the performance and behaviours of the team to achieve the company objectives and targets.
  • Communicate effectively with other departments within the business as well as internal and external stakeholders.
The Person

  • Experience in managing internal or external sales functions ideally within a telecoms, IT, or technology solution background.
  • Someone who can display previous results of growing and guiding high performing sales teams.
  • Someone who has experience of delivering consistent results through their teams and managers.
  • Someone who has experience in selling solutionbased products in the past.
  • Someone who is committed to building a longterm career for themselves within a large business.
