Due to our continued growth, we are looking to appoint a Commercial Support Administrator to our team.
The
Commercial Support Administrator will work in a busy sales team which interfaces regularly with finance.

They will be responsible for the accurate input, management, and manipulation of sales data; and will work closely with all departments to ensure the commercial success of the business.


Key Responsibilities

  • Representing Target Healthcare to sell unlicensed medicinal products to approved customers.
  • Ensuring the requirements outlined in Section 167 of The Human Medicine Regulations 2012 are met and adhered to.
  • Confirming that orders are for an unlicensed medicine by checking available databases to confirm that the medicine is unlicensed, and no licensed alternative exists. Where an equivalent licensed product is available, seek clarification from the customer as to the clinical need.
  • Data input of orders, sales, rebates and refunds onto a large Excel spreadsheet.
  • Undertaking data modelling activities, preparing reports for Management.
  • Liaising with customers and colleagues with reimbursement and claims support.
  • Supporting Account Managers and Business Development Managers in providing up to date information.
  • Compiling the required documentation for the picking and delivery of the order.
  • Phoning relevant specials suppliers regarding customer queries to source new items at the best price and lead time for the customer.
  • Creating Purchase Orders for unlicensed medicines to be supplied.
  • Setting up all new pharmacy accounts on the online order portal and issuing them with their username and password.
  • Corresponding with sales representatives to discuss customer queries and account information.
  • Assisting pharmacies with relevant pricing for new products to request authorisation from the Health Board.
  • Having awareness of the responsibilities and duties of the Responsible Person in relation to your job role.
  • Informing the Responsible Person of any reports of adverse drug reactions.
  • Maintaining your training record and ensure training for your job role is completed as identified on the Training Matrix.
  • Ensuring any proposed changes to GDP systems (e.g. facility, operations, equipment, materials) have been approved via the Change Control procedure before any changes are made.
  • Identifying any deviations from approved procedures and inform management.
  • Completing any Corrective Actions or Preventative Actions (CAPA) assigned to you within the specified timeframe.
  • Completing and correcting GDP documents as per procedure to maintain data integrity.
