    Contentious Pronate Fee Earner

    Contract:
    Full Time or Part Time, Permanent


    Salary:
    £25,000 to £35,000 (however is negotiable DOE)

    If successful, you will perform the following role as a Contentious Probate Fee Earner:


    As a Contentious Pronate Fee Earner, you will play a crucial role in managing and resolving a wide variety of disputes on behalf of clients.


    Your primary responsibilities will include:
    1

    Case Management:
    Handle a caseload of regular, complex and high-value disputes, involving inheritance and/or wills, trusts and probate disputes.

    2

    Client Consultation:

    Provide expert legal advice and guidance to clients, understanding their individual circumstances and tailoring your approach to their specific needs.

    3

    Legal Research:

    Conduct in-depth legal research to ensure a strong understanding of relevant case law, statutes, regulations, and legal precedents applicable to each case.

    4

    Drafting Documents:

    Prepare and draft legal documents, including pleadings, motions, contracts, settlement agreements, and correspondence, ensuring accuracy, clarity, and compliance with legal standards.

    5

    Negotiation:

    Negotiate settlements and resolutions to disputes, striving to achieve favourable outcomes for clients while minimising the risks and costs associated with prolonged litigation.

    6

    Client Relationship Management:
    Maintain open and effective communication with clients, keeping them informed about case developments, progress, and potential strategies.
