Customer Service Representative position within market leading company. Offering a 15% bonus


Immediately available permanent full -time Customer Service Representative based in Milton Keynes (MK11) with the opportunity for progression and development.


RESPONSIBILITIES:


  • Handle customer enquiries efficiently and effectively
  • Calls will include taking orders, customer enquiries and complaints, delivery information, pricing enquiries.
  • Recording customer complaints on company database and resolving issues
  • Able to work in a fast pace team environment and independently
  • Office administration
  • Outbound TLC customer care calls
  • Manage supply/delivery issues
  • Contribute to and maintain systems
  • Observe and assess personal performance to enhance individual/team results in line with KPIs
  • Monthly one to one performance reviews
  • Support sales achievements by maximising on orders

REQUIREMENTS:


  • Previous experience in customer service
  • Experience working in a demanding environment yet meeting deadlines
  • Administrative experience
  • Eye for detail
  • Good at multitasking
  • Willing to learn

Job Types:
Full-time, Permanent


Salary:
£20,000.00-£21,500.00 per year
