East Cambridgeshire District Council is an ambitious and forward-thinking Council with a number of exciting initiatives and projects in the pipeline.

The Council has two local authority trading companies, providing extra challenges and opportunities for the authority.
For this role, the Council offers an allowance of £2,000 per annum plus expenses. Development sessions (usually online) and occasional other meetings are held outside this cycle.

Amongst its roles the Audit Committee reviews the Authority's financial affairs, risk management, internal control and corporate governance arrangements.
