The Opportunity


Due to recent growth, there is an opportunity for Workflow Controls Analysts to join our rapidly growing Technical Centre function.

In this role, you will be responsible for supporting Diligenta's platform by running and analysing controls reports as wellas assisting with incidents.


You'll be:


  • Providing line managers with performance information including Quality and Accuracy information
  • Logging and monitoring Breaches and Operational Losses
  • Assisting with data and evidence gathering for incidents on Diligenta's banking software
  • Dealing with customer data ethically and in accordance with the FSA requirements
  • Perform root cause analysis on complaints and provide solutions and feedback
  • Have prior Life, Pensions & Insurance experience
  • Have good knowledge of Excel and Word
  • Have problem solving / process improvement experience
  • Have proven ability to work on own initiative
  • Are a strong team player
  • Have good written and verbal communication skills
