Job Summary


Visco Therapy is a manufacturer and wholesaler of mattresses and bedroom furniture and provide stock to some of the UK's largest online e-commerce companies.

We are looking for a customer service advisor/administrator to join our growing team.


Your main duties will include
Liaising with internal and external departments to resolve issues

Log all issues into our inhouse system and complete the necessary

Follow up on customer enquires

Ensure that stock is updated into our system and send reports internally and externally advising staff and customers of stock

Inputting orders into our system via spreadsheet

Data entry and administration duties


Job Types:
Full-time, Permanent


Salary:
£9.90-£11.00 per hour


Schedule:

  • 8 hour shift
  • Day shift
  • Monday to Friday
  • Weekend availability
