- Offer support for PLC/HMI/SCADA in breakdowns, maintenance, installation, and commissioning
- Conduct PLC/Electrical fault finding
- Modify and implement control systems
- Specify electrical control components and interpret electrical drawings
- Provide Automation support, maintain system integrity, and assist customers during breakdowns
- Generate ideas to enhance efficiency and operations, focusing on continuous improvement
- Manage and maintain automation software, system records, and documentation
- Liaise with Clients for requirements development and acceptance
- Perform Site Acceptance Testing, Commissioning, and Training
- Provide technical support for business development and proposals
- Prior experience as an EICA engineer with circuit design, PLC programming, and fault finding
- Experience with iFIX and WinCC SCADA systems
- Strong attention to detail, analytical, and reporting skills
- Experience in developing and commissioning with various automation systems
- Knowledge of Industrial Networking protocols (Ethernet, ModBus, Asi, Profibus, Profinet, Cnet)
- Ability to connect, back up, and share PLC and HMI software applications
