- Collaborate closely with existing customers to effectively meet their project needs.
- Identify and procure the most suitable products to offer optimal solutions for customer projects.
- Negotiate with suppliers to secure the most competitive pricing.
- Develop and deliver professional presentations and reports as necessary.
- Coordinate deliveries and prepare required documentation, such as packing lists and delivery notes.
- Communicate specific delivery and order requirements and guidelines to suppliers.
- Manage orders efficiently to consistently meet and exceed customer expectations.
- Develop excellent customer relationships through proactive engagement.
- Prior experience working within an office or call centre environment
- Ability to work in a fast paced environment
- Knowledge and experience of managing customer accounts ideally in a business to business role
- Confidence and ability to grow revenue within existing customer accounts
- Strong negotiating skills are essential
- Proficient experience using MS Office
