    You will be responsible for managing, building and growing existing relationships with key accounts.

    No cold calling required as all accounts you will be managing are existing customers

    This role demands a proactive and detail-oriented individual capable of effectively managing customer accounts, ensuring the smooth execution of projects, and maintaining high standards of service delivery.

    What will you be doing?

    • Collaborate closely with existing customers to effectively meet their project needs.
    • Identify and procure the most suitable products to offer optimal solutions for customer projects.
    • Negotiate with suppliers to secure the most competitive pricing.
    • Develop and deliver professional presentations and reports as necessary.
    • Coordinate deliveries and prepare required documentation, such as packing lists and delivery notes.
    • Communicate specific delivery and order requirements and guidelines to suppliers.
    • Manage orders efficiently to consistently meet and exceed customer expectations.
    • Develop excellent customer relationships through proactive engagement.

    What you need?

    • Prior experience working within an office or call centre environment
    • Ability to work in a fast paced environment
    • Knowledge and experience of managing customer accounts ideally in a business to business role
    • Confidence and ability to grow revenue within existing customer accounts
    • Strong negotiating skills are essential
    • Proficient experience using MS Office
