Job Description Henry Nicholas have an excellent opportunity with a very well established and leading network marketing agency who are now on the hunt for a new hire - a Senior Account Director to lead the client services function of the agency by ensuring accounts continue to grow and deliver exceptional service.
Proven track record in the management and development of a Client Services team within a marketing/ CRM/ data & insight/ mar-tech environment.
At least two years' experience in a senior client services position with responsibility for delivering against set targets and KPIs and with accountability for the team's P&L.
Sound experience of working with high profile clients (ideally both B2B and B2C across several industry sectors) at a senior level.
Considerable and recent experience of leading or managing large scale multi-channel marketing campaign/ technology/ data management/ BI projects within the Data Marketing Industry.
Demonstrable communication, influencing and relationship management skills.A well established and leading data driven marketing agency, combining data and technology to offer technical solutions to their blue-chip client base – including global brands and more.

The Senior Account Director will head up the client delivery team of Account Managers, Senior Account Managers and Account Directors to pull together the complete agency offering and boost client output.
