Our client based in Milton Keynes are seeking a Statutory/Financial Reporting Manager to join them in a permanent position, based on skills and experience the salary will be up to £78k base + a car allowance of £6k + bonus. You must be ACA or ACCAqualified, have IFRS experience, Statutory Reporting experience, UK Listed business experience in regards to reporting and Accountancy Practice experience.

LHH are currently working with a Household name who are seeking a Financial Reporting Manager to join their Group Finance function, the role will be a Hybrid work style in office 2 days a week and 3 days remote.


This is a newly created role for the team and the role will have a focus on ESG reporting and will provide exposure to their global brands and would provide a development opportunity for a finance professional looking to broaden their reporting knowledgeand international exposure.


Your key responsibilities would include:

  • Take ownership of producing the UK Annual Reports, Half Yearly and interim reports
  • Work with the technical accounting team to it is comply with IFRS and other regulatory requirements
  • You would also be looking at Sustainability & Responsible Business such as climate risk and ESG.
  • Producing the US Annual Reports and review the Quarterly Management Statements
  • Working with the Senior level stakeholders and internal teams to update the business on technical matters and assess reports and statements for updates in process improvements.

Your key skills for this role will include:

  • Qualified Accountant ( ACA or ACCA)
  • Proven background in financial services within a listed company
  • Strong knowledge of IFRS Reporting and accounting for financial instruments
  • A professional communicator both written and verbal
  • Knowledge of ESG / Climate Risk reporting would be advantageous
