32.5 hours per week (Term Time Only + 5 Training Days)
Scale 6 - £27,344 - £29,439 per annum (actual salary £20,567 - £22,143)

We are seeking to appoint a permanent Cover Supervisor whose main responsibility is to
manage classes during the short-term absence of teachers, ensuring that pre-prepared
activities are undertaken by students. This is a pivotal role and the person appointed will
professional development opportunities.

This role would suit either;
a) A newly qualified Teacher looking to gain experience before undertaking a

specialised teaching role
b) someone who is interested in training to become a Teacher. This role will provide

The ability to demonstrate a positive approach to students to support their learning is
