Great opportunity to join a highly successful Finance Division in Cambridge and manage a HOT TEMPS DESK in the Junior Finance space.

The desk benefits from a number of strong client relationships, repeat business and referrals.

The company has a quality-focused approach and offer a relaxed, friendly and supportive culture with lots of autonomy and no micro-management.

They are happy to look at Recruiters from other sectors and those who have at least 6 months experience as a 360 recruitment Consultant.

CANDIDATE -
Recruitment Consultant - Finance Temps Desk

Proven recruitment experience with a demonstrable track record of success within a reputable recruitment business
Excellent business development skills, capable of engaging with prospective clients and securing business wins
Commercial business focus
Experience of developing strong networks and contacts
Emotional intelligence and the ability to influence key decision makers
Team oriented
