- You'll play a pivotal role in ensuring the successful delivery of a variety of desktop-related business tasks and projects
- You'll oversee the maintenance of the Windows 10/11 End User Computing solution across 3,500 users
- You'll schedule weekly project reporting, monitor progress and resolve any issues
- You'll leverage your skills to analyse application versions using Endpoint Configuration Manager
- You'll escalate technical issues relevant to 3rd line teams
- Confident with Windows 10 and Windows 11– Rollout experience is a must
- Proficient with Microsoft Endpoint Configuration Manager (MECM)
- Experience with Microsoft Intune is desirable
- Knowledgeable with Microsoft Endpoint Analytics
