    What will be your responsibilities in this role?


    - Undertake PPM, proactive, and reactive tasks within specified time frames to meet customer expectations.

    - Provide callout response as per the client's requirements.

    - Conduct contractor control duties on behalf of the client, including monitoring their workmanship to ensure standards are met.

    - Ensure equipment and surroundings comply with company standards.

    - Evaluate performance and ensure proper servicing and maintenance of contracted equipment.

    - Work safely at all times, adhering to Health & Safety regulations.

    - Applicant must be eligible to work in the UK.
    - Possess Commercial Combustion Gas Safe Qualifications COCN1, ICPN1, CIGA1, CDGA1, TPCP1, TCP1A, CCN1, CENWAT, and relevant domestic qualifications.
    - Previous experience in Facilities Management is required.
    - Hold a clean full driving license.
    - Display motivation, dedication, and a strong work ethic.
