We are looking for an exceptional individual to join our senior leadership team, to help us build

Lead all areas of the finance function, including finance, compliance, tax, treasury, financial planning & analysis, accounts receivable and accounts payable.

Legal & Compliance:

Coordinate with external providers to ensure contracts are reviewed and approved in line with company policies and legal requirements.

Act as a liaison between the company and external advisors, ensuring that the company receives timely and effective legal advice and representation.

Oversee compensation practices and benefits administration. Oversee corporate governance matters, including board meetings, annual reports, and filings with regulatory authorities. Responsible for ensuring that the company's legal resources (internal or external) scale with the needs of the company.

Prior senior management experience in a SaaS business
~ Extensive experience in fundraising, financial planning and analysis, strategic planning, and corporate finance.
