- Welcome customers and manage their experience throughout their journey of having their vehicle booked in all the way through to collection and delivery.
- Communicate clearly with customers regarding vehicle updates and additional work required.
- Maintain positive relationships with customers to ensure they return to us.
- Maintaining the look and appearance of the reception area
- Suggest and recommend suitable service plans, warranties and add-ons to customers.
- To complete all necessary paperwork.
- To remain compliant and professional at all times.
- Must have previous experience working as a Service Advisor.
- Full UK driving licence
- Excellent customer service skills
- Excellent telephone manner
- Strong customer-facing skills
- Working Days: Monday to Friday, 8.00 am -5.30 pm. 1 in 2 Saturdays - 8am to 12pm.
- Basic salary 26- 28k basic, plus strong bonus structure circa 35k- 37k OTE.
