Stores Coordinator

We're looking for a Stores Coordinator to join our Openreach Contract based in our Basingstoke Depot.


Location:
Basingstoke, England - remote working available, with travel to the office required


Contract:
Fixed Contract - Full Time


What will you be responsible for?


As a Stores Coordinator, you'll be working within the Openreach Contract team, supporting them in stock, plant and facilities management, maintaining a hazard free and environmentally safe depot, whilst ensuring excellent working relations with key interfacing areas and support functions
.


What will your day to day look like?

Your day to day will include:

  • Manage stock operations remotely and at the depot, including issue, reconciliation, and asset register maintenance.
  • Coordinate plant activities, such as updates to ECM, allocation, and servicing, partly remotely and partly at the depot.
  • Support stores team and assist in premises management and demobilisation efforts at the depot.
  • Ensure accurate recordkeeping and coordination of stock, plant, and other materials across remote and depotbased operations.

What are we looking for?
This role of Stores Coordinator is great for you if:

  • Proven experience in a similar construction delivery depot role
  • Able to drive / has a valid UK driving licence
  • Excellent computer Skills, MS Excel, Outlook, CPA/Causeway, other
