Accounts Administrator - Technician Dept

The Role:

  • You will be operating the accounting system Xero no previous knowledge required, all training provided
  • Interacting with the technical department, you'll be checking supplier invoices, inputting onto the system and paying the supplier invoices.
  • You will need to enjoy interacting with a range of staff, suppliers and clients
  • To provide exceptional customer service to clients
  • Full inhouse training is provided

Progression:
Technical Accounts supervisor

  • After the first 6 to 9 mths, depending on achieving your milestones, you will also be involved with the clientside as well as the supplierside.
  • Checking client queries have been answered, seeing if the issue has been closed., if not coordinating the response
  • Checking engineer's time sheets at the end of the week
  • Again, full inhouse training is provided.
  • There is an increased pay scale for this role

The Hours:

  • 6mth probationary contract, then a review pending a permanent contract.
  • First 3mths, hours 9am to 2pm (inc 30min paid lunch break)
  • Next 3mths, hours 9am to 5.30pm (inc 45min paid lunch break)
- (there is some flexibility within the start and end times, if required, to meet travel timetables or home-arrangements)

  • Holidays (pro rata) all paid holidays; 20days per year, plus 3 additional days at Xmas, plus Bank Holidays
