    Job summary

    The role of a salaried GP at DR Vij & Partners involves providing aprofessional level of care towards the Surgery's patients, helping to diagnoseand resolve their health concerns by utilising a wide range of health careservices provided by our federation.

    Main duties of the job

    We will expect the successful candidate to provide high quality primarycare medical services and support the GPs to ensure the delivery of a safe,effective and efficient service to patients.

    Clinical duties will consist of face to face surgery time, telephonecalls, home visits and administration relevant to these duties. The exactdistribution of duties in each session can be discussed with the successfulcandidate.

    You must hold a full and current unrestricted GMC (UK) registration onthe GP Register, hold a performers list licence to practice and appropriatemedical indemnity from a recognised medical defence organisation.

    About us

    The main surgery is located off Lowe Street in Whitmore Reans with close proximity to the Avion Shopping Centre. It is within easy reach by public transport and it is close to the main City Centre.

    The branch surgery is in Pendeford near the Morrisons Supermarket off Whitburn Close. Both surgeries are in the Health Centres and are equipped to serve patients in a primary care environment.

    The second branch surgery is in Ednam Road near to the Aldi Supermarket and is within easy reach by public transport.
