Payroll Administrator
An exciting, well-established manufacturing business is now looking for a Payroll Administrator to work within the payroll desk, supporting the team to ensure accuracy and efficiency.
- Working in a small team assisting with the production of 5 payrolls
- First point of contact for all payroll and pension queries
- Ensuring payroll is processed accurately and on time
- Data entry into SAP for collecting monthly payroll data
- Producing ad hoc reports
- Input salary adjustments, calculate back pay & pay increase, prepare month end reports including payroll accrual
- Good payroll legislative knowledge
- Excellent organisational skills
- Ability to communicate effectively, both orally and in writing
- Knowledge of SAP HR (Desirable but not essential)
