    Main Responsibilities –

    • Efficiently oversee the performance and growth of case investigators in your team, ensuring they achieve their personal and team goals
    • Provide coaching and guidance to case investigators including new team members
    • Collaborate closely with other Casework Managers to maintain consistent quality across teams and optimise resource utilisation
    • Undertake additional responsibilities across the regulatory professionals team as needed
    • Act as a proactive and supportive team member, stepping in for the Professionals Regulation Team Manager when necessary.

    Requirements –

    • Demonstrated success in proficiently managing cases to meet established targets, with substantial experience in investigative roles
    • Capable of comprehending, interpreting, and conveying complex legislation pertinent to the position
    • Recognise the confidential nature of the work and prioritise data protection
    • Comprehensive understanding of investigative techniques, evidential rules, and the legislative and policy landscape in the healthcare regulatory sector
