- Team Leadership: Manage and mentor a team of Construction and Logistics Managers, fostering a collaborative and high-performance work environment.
- Stakeholder Communication: Serve as the primary point of contact for stakeholders, including clients, subcontractors, and internal teams, maintaining clear and effective communication channels throughout the project lifecycle.
- Risk Management: Identify and mitigate project risks, proactively addressing challenges to minimize disruptions and ensure project success.
- Compliance and Quality Assurance: Ensure compliance with relevant regulations and quality standards, conducting regular inspections and assessments to uphold the highest level of quality in project deliverables.
- Extensive experience in a Senior Project Management role within a Tier 1 principal contractor environment.
- Demonstrated longevity and commitment to previous projects, with a minimum of 3-4 years' tenure on each.
- Positive and driven attitude with a strong sense of motivation and ambition.
- Exceptional organizational and communication skills, with the ability to effectively lead and coordinate multidisciplinary teams.
- Competitive salary range of £85,000 to £95,000 per annum.
