We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-oriented individual to join our team as a Customer Sales Associate.

As a Customer Sales Associate, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, providing exceptional service and resolving any inquiries or issues they may have.

Duties:

Respond to customer inquiries via various face to face channels in a timely and professional manner
Provide accurate information about our products and services
Assist customers with placing orders, tracking shipments, and processing returns or exchanges
Resolve customer complaints or concerns with empathy and patience
Upsell additional products or services to enhance the customer experience
Maintain customer records and update information as needed
Collaborate with other departments to ensure customer satisfaction
Follow company policies and procedures to ensure consistent service delivery

Skills:

Excellent organizational skills to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively
Strong written and verbal communication skills in English; ability to communicate clearly and professionally
Exceptional time management skills to meet deadlines and handle high call volumes
Ability to effectively communicate with customers, listen actively, and provide appropriate solutions
Experience with upselling techniques to promote additional products or services
Basic math skills for order processing and billing purposes
Knowledge of phone etiquette to provide a positive customer experience
