    My client is a leading provider of independent advisory services, software and data solutions to the global commercial real estate industry.

    This is a fully closing field-based role across Yorkshire, no cold callingOver the last 20 years, they have grown from a small firm to one of the largest independent consultancy firms across the globe.

    Their UK sales team has doubled in size recently. They operate internationally with offices in 75 countries worldwide, with operations in North America, Europe and Asia Pacific.


    The responsibilities:


    Fully closing role, no cold callingBuild rapport with key decision makers to close new business meetingsMeeting clients in and around Essex areaClosing new business meetingsUnderstanding the commercial real estate industry & developing an understanding around business ratesConsultative sales approachThe essential requirements:Previous field sales experienceBusiness to Business sales experienceDriving LicenseIdeally closing experienceBenefits:Basic salary of £35,000 with a fantastic progression plan.
