Role Overview:
As an Outpatient Nurse, you will play a crucial role in delivering high-quality care within our outpatient department.

This role involves providing nursing support to patients undergoing various outpatient procedures, as well as assisting with consultations and follow-up appointments.

The successful candidate will have the opportunity to work in a supportive and collaborative environment.


Key Responsibilities:
Provide nursing care and support to patients attending outpatient appointments
Assist with consultations and outpatient procedures as required
Monitor patient vital signs and assess their condition, providing appropriate interventions as needed
Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive patient care and smooth patient flow
Educate patients and their families about their conditions and treatment plans
Maintain accurate documentation of patient assessments, interventions, and outcomes

Qualifications:
Registered Nurse qualification with relevant experience in outpatient care
Current registration with the appropriate regulatory body
Strong clinical skills and knowledge of outpatient procedures and treatments
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
