Understanding and confidently articulating various processes related to KYC (Know Your Customer) & Due Diligence, SLA reporting, Client MI Transactions, and Support & Issue Resolution.

Answering customer queries in accordance with established processes and procedures.
Taking ownership of queries and seeing them through to satisfactory resolution.
Gaining and maintaining a deep understanding of platforms within the Financial Services market.
Following procedures and instructions to ensure excellent client outcomes.
Proactively seeking solutions and providing feedback to other departments as needed.
Contributing and participating in team meetings.
Maintaining and improving Customer Satisfaction Survey results against targeted SLAs.


Requirements:


Essential:
Promoter of the Treating Customers Fairly principles and commitment to delivering a duty of care to our clients.
Excellent phone manner and experience dealing with challenging calls.
Willingness to learn and adapt.
Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
Ability to work both as part of a team and autonomously.
Excellent written and oral communication skills.
Organized and diligent with the ability to build rapport quickly.


Preferred:

Experience in the Financial Services industry.
Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Microsoft Excel.

Ability to adapt communication to the audience.

Confidence to ask questions and suggest process improvements.
