Area Manager|South West| Salary up to £90,000 | Benefits
This is a business that achieves its targets through delivering operational excellence and value for money.

You'll be responsible for ensuring that in your division, developing, empowering and encouraging talent to improve commercial performance in all yourstores.

You'll already have Area experience within fashion, department stores and supermarkets.


As an Area Manager, you'll be someone who looks at the way things are done and have the dynamism and personality to challenge whether that's the best way.

We are open minded on a base location as long as it's within the patch.

As an Area Manager, your responsibilities will include:

  • Using data and your business acumen to improve revenue, profit and other KPIs
  • Sharing successes with peers and looking for opportunities to improve performance
  • Setting accurate, stretching but achievable budgets and targets for stores within division
  • Regularly reviewing and managing divisional P+L to drive revenue and cost management
  • Partnering with key stakeholders to grow divisional performance
  • Having strong, current knowledge of markets within your division
