    Sales Development Specialist

    Working closely alongside the Sales Operations Manager and wider regional team.

    This person will implement and manage the development and maintenance of key strategic sales performance initiatives within the UK Middle East North Africa Region, alongside monitoring of market performance aligned to key commercial objectives.

    Management the sales funnel with the continuous measurement and steering of leads and enquiries generated by marketing, tracking test drive requests and completion and ensure a regular dialogue with the network to drive order generation and sales conversion
    Develop targeted offers for customers who have expressed an interest, started the sales journey or who have previously expressed interest but been lost (via CRM data)
    Create balanced scorecard for the Agent and Dealer Network across the region and INEOS Automotive
    Execute strong business case analysis on market entry plans and sales channels, responsible for seeking new ways to market
    International customer and product launch business development experience
    SAP or similar ERP system user
