    Senior Sales Negotiator / Valuer
    Manchester
    Base Salary £25000 (depending onexperience)
    OTE £ % generated on anysale)

    Mon – Fri 9530pmand every other Saturday (negotiable for the right person)

They are lookingfor a Sales Negotiator to join their Sales Team.

    This is a self employed role where you will have allthe perks of an employee package base salary holiday allowanceetc..

    The ideal candidatewould have:
    • Experience as asales negotiator ideally with valuing experience however thisisn't essential so long as you have sales negotiatorexperience and you're ready to take a step intovalluing.
    • Results Orientated/SelfMotivated/Team Player
    • Persuasive with highenergy level but reliable and committed
    • StrongCommunicator both verbal and written/numerate
    • Full UK driving licence
    PrincipalResponsibilities You will be responsible for managing the process startingfrom valuation viewings offers sales progression to exchange andcomplete.


    Achieve all sales targets

    • Liaise ona day to day basis with customers and satisfy then exceed customerenquiries

    • Book viewings using ITsystem

    • Complete customer records and updaterecords in IT system

    • Conduct accompaniedviewings with clients and establish needs

    •Encourage second viewings; offers etc where appropriate

    • Enter customer viewing feedback on to ITsystem

    • Generate offers

    •Adhering to legislation progress offers to sale andcompletion

    • Generate new business by bookingvaluation appointments

    • Build relationshipswith colleagues and clients

    • Manage andmaintain on a daily basis all administrative systems andprocedures.

    • Liaise with clients andsolicitors as appropriate to deliver excellent customerservice

    • Maintain an excellent standard ofcompany records

    • Work closely with other thirdparty operators where appropriate to exceed customerexpectations

    • Administer all responsibilitiesin the most cost effective way and always operate within approvedbudgets and Company Policies
