Bristol, working from the City to Sea office with 1-day week home-working flexibility by negotiation.

Purpose:
You will be leading the day-to-day
coordination of City to Sea and Refill partnerships with support from the Head of Corporate Partnerships, building strong relationships with key stakeholders internally and externally.
You will have the opportunity to take the lead on some new business prospecting and support the Head of Corporate Partnerships in building up our funding pipeline.
You will support with essential administrative tasks for the Partnerships Team.***Role split:This role will be primarily focus on account management and growth from existing partnerships (approx. 3 days a week) with a smaller new business remit alongside this (approx. 1 day a week). Current partnership portfolio value stands at approximately £200,000+.
Key responsibilities:
Partnership relationship management, delivery, administration and reporting.
This will include such tasks as:
- Coordinating all partnership comms planners, which form the basis for briefing other teams internally on key deliverables for each partner.
- Leading on the monthly Partnerships Newsletter.
- Contributing to monthly internal Partnership Marketing Meetings, taking minutes and following up on actions relating to your partners.
- Taking responsibility for regular partnership reporting requirements.
- Working closely with the Head of Corporate Partnerships on partnership renewal discussions + growth opportunities.
- Identifying, flagging and escalating risks to the Head of Corporate Partnerships as they arise.
- Working closely with the Head of Corporate Partnerships to ensure that we consistently deliver on what we promise.
- Bringing your own ideas to the table about how City to Sea could grow and develop its partnership relationships.
This will include:
- Joining internal new business meetings, taking minutes and following / following up on actions and supporting the Head of Corporate Partnerships in keeping the Pipeline up to date on an ongoing basis.
- Fielding new business enquiries from the Partnerships Inbox and leading on the initial scope and engage phases for some new business remits that come through this channel.
- Proactively building your own new business pipeline within the 1% for the planet category, with support and guidance from Head of Corporate Partnerships where needed.
- Being comfortable working to a set of annual targets for growth and income.
About you:
- You have a passion for the planet and be motivated to help reduce plastic waste through City to Seas products, services, and campaigns.
- You will have a proven track record, or equivalent, in account management and partnership coordination.
- Youre a great relationship builder and communicator, and will be able to coordinate City to Sea's and your customers needs.
- You will have a flexible and positive mindset and be happy to explore new areas and opportunities as they arise.
- Youre resultsdriven and selfmotivated.
- You are an ace networker on LinkedIn and other social media platforms.
- Youre IT literate and happy using a CRM system and Microsoft programmes such as PowerPoint/Word/Excel.
- You can work from the City to Sea office in Bristol, with some scope for flexible home
