Description

This is a new role within the Taunton District Nursing Team, working across the wider Taunton teams, to support the band 6 team leaders with the clinical responsibilities of the team.

By supporting the team, particularly new starters, with their clinical competency attainment, ongoing education, and the support of clinically complex patients in the community.

We are advertising for a permanent position and a secondment to develop the role.

To work alongside the band 6 team leaders to provide clinical leadership to the team.
To support staff with their clinical competencies and professional development.
The support of new starters with their training and competency sign off.
To work with complex patients as part of the MDT to deliver highquality care to patients at home and supporting nursing staff to manage these complexities.
