Driving the delivery of IT solutions from our internal teams and vendors, the Principal IT Delivery Manager will have direct impact on the overall success of the Find portfolio of applications & services.

The critical role of Delivery Manager demands the incumbent to ensure requirements have been clearly defined, that outcomes are managed and blockers to success are addressed.

Champion the successful delivery of projects, ensuring they meet timelines, quality standards, and business objectives.

• Lead and manage a high-performance development team, motivating them to meet and exceed project delivery expectations.
• Provide expert technical leadership to the development team, setting high standards for code quality, best practices, and innovative solutions.
• Implement and oversee agile methodologies, including sprint planning, backlog grooming, retrospectives, and other agile practices to ensure efficient project delivery.
• Actively contribute innovative ideas and solutions for modernization projects, identifying areas for improvement and proposing forward-looking strategies.
• Implement cloud-based data processing techniques for scalable, efficient, and timely data analysis and storage to meet project milestones.
• Tackle complex technical challenges and troubleshoot issues promptly to keep projects on track for timely delivery.
• Work effectively with cross-functional teams, adapt to different programming languages and technologies, and communicate ideas and change

in Computer Science is preferred or High School Diploma/GED equivalent with experience

• 7-10 years of Information Technology experience
• Previous experience as a software developer is preferred
• 5 years of experience in solution design, development, and implementation of technology solutions
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills enabling strategic partnership with customers, business partners, support personnel, and management
• Strong interpersonal / relationship management skills with the ability to negotiate with, influence and impact at a variety of levels within the organization
• Ability to work on multiple projects and assignments simultaneously
