THH Recruitment are proud to be working alongside a prestigious manufacturing company based in Huddersfield.

Known for their high end products and customer service, they are looking to build on this with the hiring of a Quality Manager to join their expanding team.

Quality Assurance:

• Manage the ISO 9001:2015 Quality Management System
• Complete and manage H&S, REACH, Process Control and Risk assessments
• Quality Control:
• Produce and interpret statistical analysis of product and processes to target improvement activity
• Manage data to guide quality control and liaise with production operations
• Provide a visible, approachable presence on the Shopfloor as the first point of contact for Quality matters
• Support product improvement process including 5S within the factory
• Liaise with suppliers and customers to maintain necessary levels of quality
• Provide absence cover for all aspects of Laboratory testing

Collect and collate machine specific production logs to provide management with meaningful information relating to performance of these machines and the shifts/individuals running them

• Attend and contribute to monthly Health & Safety and Site Management Meetings as part of the Management Team

Demonstrable experience of implementing or managing an ISO 9001 compliant Quality Management System ISO 9001 audit trained

• Strong MS Office skills (Excel, Word, Powerpoint, Outlook, etc)
• Flexible and "can-do" attitude
• Experience within Textile industry an advantage but not essential #J-18808-Ljbffr
