    We are seeking a Marketing Automation Executive to join our friendly and dynamic Digital Marketing Team. This is an exciting opportunity to work for an international company. The Marketing Automation Executive role is to create, launch, monitor and optimise automated marketing campaigns including e-mail nurturing, landing pages, omnichannel and personalisation elements for Glion, Les Roches, École Ducasse & ISH. The ultimate goal to maintain high quality of the content delivered to the targeted audience, as well as data quality and campaign performance.

    The Marketing Automation Executive will deliver marketing automation programs on the Marketo/HubSpot platform in close collaboration with other stakeholders. The Marketing Automation Executive will be involved in the implementation of new functionalities, programs & campaigns, as well as updates and rollouts.

    The Marketing Automation Executive will be involved in several enhancement projects in order to deliver - together with the Senior Marketing Automation & CRM Executive and CRM Admin - the best-in-class CRM and marketing automation system and ensure a high-quality development of the platform.

    Your Role

    You will work closely with the Chief Revenue Officer and Senior Marketing Automation Executive, as well as with the wider digital marketing team and the brand marketing teams.

    • Manage different tasks in the Global Marketing Automation System
    • Maintain and evolve the nurturing streams and personalization journeys specific to the different schools for Glion, Les Roches, École Ducasse & ISH institutions and programs
    • Create ad-hoc campaigns to support enrolment conversion activities
    • Optimize nurture campaign creatives, content, CTA, links and layouts A/B test to constantly improve email metrics performances.
    • Manage the event creations, the data uploads and landing pages related to them
    • Create and manage landing pages and website personalization blocks
    • Support the Head of Marketing Automation & CRM on any related projects especially with regards to business process optimization
    • Perform testing in system for enhancements and new projects
    • Create necessary documentation (explanatory, training, presentation) on new projects or processes
    • Maintain the Marketo/HubSpot platform database is clean, as well as the campaign structures
    • Provide support to the business via additional automation services available

    About You

    The ideal candidate will have a background in Digital Marketing and Sales.With a minimum of 12 months of recent experience with a fully integrated Marketing Automation platform, you will have 2 years' experience in technology marketing, marketing operations, or equivalent role. Knowledge and experience supporting a wide range of marketing tactics including Lead generation, Web, SEO/SEM, social media and events.You will have strong analytical skills and be metric driven with experience in developing marketing metrics.With strong understanding of marketing operations and campaign management and experience with list management, lead scoring, nurturing, cleansing, segmentation and targeting. Experience with HTML, omnichannel activities (SMS/WhatsApp messaging, Web Messaging, Bots etc.) preferable and experience of dealing with high-end/luxury goods or services is a plus. In addition, you will have experience working in a multicultural environment, a team-player, flexible and pro-active. Fluent in English (French or Spanish is an asset).
