- Completed technical studies preferably in the field of textile technology or several years of professional experience
- Work experience in the automotive industry is an advantage
- Good Automotive Seating Trim Cover knowledge (Woven, Non-Woven, Leather, PVC, PU)
- Good knowledge of manufacturing / production processes of Seating Trim materials (Woven, Non-Woven, Leather, PVC, PU)
- Experience / knowledge in Seating Trim Cover production. Knowledge of sewing and construction processes
- Basic understanding of extruded plastics (Polypropylene)
- Basic understanding of Plastic injection molding processes
- Experience in quality processes is desirable
- Proactivity and innovative thinking
- High degree of self-organization and willingness to make decisions independently
