Job Description:
A 12-month contract opportunity has become available in Cambridge. The Snr Associate, Development PMO provides Planisware capability support to the Development department and sub-functions.

This role is hybrid, based in the Cambridge office a minimum of 3 days per week (Tues-Thurs).Planisware (25%)Strong technical ability with PlaniswareSupport Planisware system and associated processes for the Development organizationManage portfolio-level planning cycle in PlaniswareReview Assets and Products in PlaniswareEffectively liaise and communicate with other teams involved in the Planisware Capability Support functionSupport and drive the Change Control process for both technical elements and Business ProcessesPMO (75%)Advanced level MS Office skills (in particular Excel, Teams, Word)Ability to work independently without micro-managementExcellent organization skills and ability to work on several tasks simultaneously, to tight timelinesExcellent verbal and written communication skillsExcellent attention to detailMinimum of 3 years PMO experience (Senior Analyst level)Preparing templates and tools in MS programsSharePoint experience, permissions, document management etcAbility to build new SharePoint sites and update existing onesDesirable / Essential Knowledge, Experience & SkillsProject Management experience is beneficial but not essentialAn understanding of processes within regulated industries e.g.

banking, insurance, healthcare etcProject management qualification such as PRINCE2 is desirableA degree in a scientific field is beneficialRisk management experienceChange management experience
