    I am currently recruiting for an organisation specialising in support for those who have Homelessness and mental health Support needs their work is certainly well recognised as they continue to expand all over the UK.

    Having recently expanded upon services within Birmingham they are currently looking for Support Workers to help contribute to the high-quality service they provide to those in need. Could that be you?

    Vacancy Brief:

    • Our client is seeking an experienced Supported Housing Manager to lead on their youth services in the west midlands on a temp-to-perm basis, meaning successful candidates will have the chance to obtain a permanent role and truly invest in their professional development within a growing service.
    • Required working hours in this vacancy are 37.50 per week - Monday to Friday 9-5pm.
    • This vacancy is based in Sandwell area of Birmingham
    • Excellent pay rate: £18.14 PAYE Or £23.14 per hour Umbrella.

    The Duties & Responsibilities:

    • As a Supported Housing Manager, you will lead, manage and deliver an effective, tenant / licensee focused bespoke housing management service relevant to the young people who live there and the purpose of the scheme.
    • In your role as a Supported Housing Manager, you will deliver and proactively manage the allocations and lettings process from the nomination of a tenant/ licensee to a tenant/ licensee moving in.
    • You will be required to prevent, manage and resolve anti-social behaviour which breaches occupancy agreements in a proactive and constructive way in conjunction with the Local Authority and all other relevant partners.
    • Part of your role will be to develop and maintain excellent relationships with tenants / licensees and to communicate with tenants / licensees effectively, leading and managing consultations as required.
    • As a Supported Housing Manager, you will be required to develop, lead and manage the site team, ensuring an effective responsive and tenant focused service is always delivered.
