    Job Title:
    Sales Administrator


    PURPOSE SUMMARY:
    The Sales Administrator will work support the processing of new business through our Point-Of-Sale System.

    The role will sit within our Direct Sales Team function and report operationally into the 'Direct Sales Manager'.


    PRINCIPAL ACCOUNTABILITIES:
    Process finance proposals in our Point-Of-Sale online system; entering customer personal details and finance quote figures
    Monitoring system updates on the status of finance proposals & transposing this into a customer portal system
    General administration
    To assist line manager with their specific departmental responsibilities and to adhere to regulations and requirements
    Such other duties as the management may from time to time reasonably require

    DIMENSIONS / BUDGETS:
    This is an office based role with some HYBRID

    Monday to Friday | 9am - 5.30pm/6pm (Rota dependent)


    KNOWLEDGE, EXPERIENCE, QUALIFICATIONS:
    Ideally educated to at least A-level standard.
    Previous customer service experience would be beneficial
    PC literate - good working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
    Strong organisational/time management skills
    Strong attention to detail
    Capable of working under pressure at times
