Job Description

This is a remote position.

Makerble is a digital platform with a mission to give every nonprofit the insights and motivation to continuously improve the positive impact they make on the world. We are looking for a UI Designer to improve the design of the platform on desktop, mobile and other devices.

Responsibilities

Reviewing and analyzing system specifications

Reporting and documenting technical issues

Maintain accurate and detailed test documentation, including test plans, test cases, and test reports.

Work with TestSigma and similar tools to record test cases

Reviewing the Blueprints document that outlines the forms, projects, surveys, and dashboards to be created for platform customization (setting up each client's Makerble platform so that it is ready for their staff and volunteers to use)

Providing updates to the client and our customer success executive on the progress you are making

Receiving feedback on your platform customization work from the client and making adjustments

Note : This role is not related to automated testing or coding. Please apply only if you are able to work in a non-technical environment.

Requirements

Sharp attention to detail: able to understand the configurations of the Makerble platform and ensure that client requirements are met and tested ahead of Go Live

Ability and willingness to learn quickly: your learning curve will include gaining an understanding of the world our clients live in, which is, the practice of impact measurement and the charity sector in general

Familiarity with Agile frameworks and regression testing is a plus

Ability to document and troubleshoot errors

Analytical mind and problem-solving aptitude
